The apartment was a decent size and had everything we needed. The small kitchen area was basic but sufficient. The bathroom was of a good size and had a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers located in secure underground car park. No extra charge for fully charging car overnight which is a real bonus.

The hotel had excellent location to trams into city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. The pool with jacuzzi and gym very clean and easy to use.Overall we enjoyed staying here and will come back

Swimming pool was great, excellent buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff. The tram stop was just around the corner and gets you into town quickly (plus it’s free at the weekend). Great burger place right next door.

We loved the very welcoming and helpful staff (Clement, Sebastien and Sarah) the facilities next door (pool, relaxing bed) comfortable studio with a great bed, very quiet, good location with bakery and eateries within walking distance., Great coffee machine and refills but no decaff option.

Breakfast was not included, there’s free drinks coffees or tea. I like the attention that I had from Mrs Feriel, after a fly cancellation!, she’s been very helpful and spent her time to help me. Great staff and special thanks to Omaima.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and Booking.com. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

Very modern and clean place, comfortable beds, with easy and spacious parking, nice facilities, and a very good breakfast. The staff were friendly, it's a little far from the city centre but well connected.

Lovely hotel, the staff were helpful and polite and the selection at breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night as we're stopping over so did not use all of the facilities but of what we saw we were impressed.
